In 2019, she founded Ailsa Craig Productions, specializing in content writing and video production. As a dedicated trainer, Ailsa offers production
and scriptwriting courses, including "Camfidence," which helps individuals build confidence on camera for video marketing, presentations, and Zoom etiquette. During her tenure at Endemol, she played a pivotal role in producing a variety of series and received training as a drama writer for
